Staff Correspondent

Bangladesh has condemned recent Houthi attacks on civilian infrastructure in Saudi Arabia, including airports, and expressed solidarity with the Saudi government and people.

In a statement posted on its official Facebook page, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said the attacks violated international law, threatened civilian lives and undermined regional stability.

“Bangladesh stands in full solidarity with the Government and people of the Kingdom and calls for an immediate end to these attacks,” the ministry said.

The statement comes amid reports of a Houthi attack on an airport in Riyadh that killed three Saudi citizens.

Bangladesh called for an immediate end to the attacks, stressing the need to protect civilian lives and maintain regional stability.
