The flight will depart Dhaka at 1:25am Bangladesh time on October 26. The airline will decide on resuming other Riyadh-bound flights after monitoring and reviewing the overall situation.

The disruptions have affected 61 direct flights and 73 transit flights, impacting a total of 20,254 passengers, according to figures provided separately.

Meanwhile, Biman resumed flights to Dammam on October 21. A daily flight will depart Dhaka for the Saudi city at 8am until October 26, using Boeing 777 aircraft.

For Jeddah, the airline will operate two flights from Dhaka on October 22. It will also operate one flight daily at 7:20pm on October 23, 24 and 25.

Flights to Madinah have continued as usual since October 18, using Boeing 787 aircraft. The airline said operations and schedules on the route would remain unchanged until further notice.

Biman said it would provide further updates on flight operations and schedules as the situation develops.
