Hajj 2027 roadmap released, pilgrim registration to be completed by Sept 26

The Ministry of Religious Affairs has released the Hajj roadmap for 2027 (Hijri 1448), stating that the Hajj pilgrim registration will be completed by September 26 this year. 

According to the roadmap, the bilateral Hajj agreement will also be signed by November 8. 

Hajj visa issuance will start from January 28 and Hajj flights will start on April 8. 

The 2027 Hajj will be held on May 15, subject to the sighting of the moon.

In addition, the direct transfer of expenses on the Saudi side to the e-wallet of the Masar Nusuk platform will continue from July 15 to December 24 this year. 

The signing of agreements for the receipt of the overall service package (tent, service package, hotel in Mecca and Medina, catering and transportation services) will begin on July 29, 2026 and will end on January 23. 

The signing of contracts with the airlines transporting the pilgrims and the completion of the documentation in the Masar Nusuk must be completed between July 29 and November 8 of this year.

The ministry has requested that the Hajj activities be completed according to the announced roadmap.

Earlier, on May 29, the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah announced the schedule of Hajj activities for 2027 in the country’s Jeddah and handed it over to the ministers of religious affairs of various countries. 

Religious Affairs Minister Kazi Shah Mofazzal Hossain Kaikobad attended the ceremony as an invited guest.
