Police arrested a madrasa principal, Golam Rabbani (40), on charges of raping a 15-year-old student multiple times in Savar, Dhaka on Tuesday.

He was sent to court the next day, with a case filed against him.

Savar Model Police Station Inspector (Investigation) Nur Mohammad told Daily Waadaa that the arrestee was the principal of Shamsul Olum Khademul Madrasa in Tentuljhora area of ​​Savar.

He also said the father of the 15-year-old had filed a case with the police station last night alleging multiple instances of rape.
