Jamaat delegation holds meeting with Election Commission

A six-member delegation of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami, led by Jamaat Secretary General Mia Golam Parwar, has sat  in a meeting with the Election Commission (EC) on Wednesday.

The meeting began at around 11:00am at the Nirbachan Bhaban in the capital.

Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) AMM Nasir Uddin attended the meeting along with Election Commissioners Abdur Rahmanel Masud and Tahmida Ahmed and EC Senior Secretary Akhtar Ahmed.
