Digital operator Banglalink on Monday opened a new flagship store in Khulna, introducing a service centre designed to combine in-person customer support with digital interactions.

Banglalink CEO Johan Buse and Sales and Service Director Muhammad Mehedi Hasan attended the inauguration ceremony.

“Moving past the conventional telecom outlet model, this new center is thoughtfully designed to deliver an elevated customer service experience centered on comfort, care, and seamless digital interaction”, a press release sent to the media said.

The store features an open layout with comfortable seating areas, an interactive space where customers can explore the company’s apps and services, and a fast-track assistance facility for time-sensitive requests.

It also introduces a side-by-side support model, dubbed “I vs We”, under which Banglalink representatives work directly with customers to resolve queries more efficiently and provide personalised assistance.

Speaking at the launch, Mehedi Hasan said the company wanted customers to experience its services seamlessly across both digital platforms and physical outlets.

“The new Flagship Store merges those interactions into an open, interactive space where customers can discover our digital ecosystem, receive prompt support, and engage with our team effortlessly,” he said.

He added that the expansion of the flagship store format to Khulna reflected Banglalink’s commitment to providing accessible, high-quality customer service across the country.

The new outlet aims to bring digital service exploration and in-person assistance together in a single location.
