Saudi German Hospital Dammam has been awarded the prestigious Magnet accreditation by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), becoming the first private hospital in Dammam to receive the globally recognised honour for nursing excellence.
The accreditation marks a significant milestone for the flagship facility of Saudi German Health and reinforces the group's position as a leader in clinical care in Saudi Arabia.
Widely regarded as the international benchmark for nursing excellence, Magnet recognition is granted only to healthcare institutions that meet stringent standards in nursing leadership, clinical innovation and patient outcomes. The designation reflects a hospital's ability to deliver high-quality, safe and patient-centred care through empowered nursing teams.
With the latest accreditation, Saudi German Health has become the only healthcare network outside the United States to operate four Magnet-accredited hospitals.
Saudi German Hospital Dammam joins Saudi German Hospital Aseer, the first Magnet-accredited hospital in Saudi Arabia's Southern Region; Saudi German Hospital Riyadh, the first private hospital in the capital to earn the designation; and Saudi German Hospital Jeddah, the first hospital outside the United States to receive Magnet recognition with Distinction.
The achievement further highlights Saudi German Health's efforts to strengthen healthcare standards and advance nursing excellence across the Kingdom.
